Everyone out there talks about the health risks of alcohol. Well, daily consumption is actually bad for health.But you know what, low to moderate consumption actually has few benefits.

According to a Harvard Study , "moderate drinking" refers to "no more than one to two drinks per day for men and one drink for women". 
Moderate consumption of alcohol helps reduce the chances of cardiac arrest, reduces memory loss as you start aging, keeps you free from chronic illness and helps in digestion if you have a glass of alcohol before a meal..
So cheers to the"Moderate Drinkers" out there!!☺☺
