Rejuvenate your Complexion with MANGOES!!

Summer is knocking at the door!! Although the heat of summer leads to sweat and irritation but it brings with it a sumptuous selection of exotic while traditional basket full of fruits that you can indulge  upon. One such fruit is "THE KING OF FRUITS"- MANGO. All the ladies and gentlemen out there; today I will take you through  the major nutrients present in mango and the beauty benefits provided by this fruit. Mangoes are rich in Lutein and Ziaxanthin (48 Micro grams per fruit) that help in improving overall skin tone and rejuvenate skin complexion . In a study conducted by  NCBI , 50 healthy people were given dietary supplement of these two Carotenoids and after 12 weeks it was found that the overall skin tone of these people significantly improved. Mangoes are a rich source of Beta Carotene, another type of Carotenoid that is changed into Vitamin A by our body. Vitamin A helps in reducing dark spots, acne and blemishes and revives the skin making it healthy.

For a PGDM student in XIME, Bangalore its compulsory to stay in hostel. In these 2 years I have had lots of experiences and one such experience is that in the breakfast everyday you can have  as many eggs as you want☺. Fish consumption reduces depression!!

As a Bengali, I have been eating fish from my childhood- Rohu, Katla, Salmon, Herring Crab, Prawns to name a few. Actually, Bengalis are known for Rosogolla and fish. Whenever I think of cooking some meal, the first thing that comes to my mind is a lunch featuring fish as the main dish.
