For a PGDM student in XIME, Bangalore its compulsory to stay in hostel. In these 2 years I have had lots of experiences and one such experience is that in the breakfast everyday you can have  as many eggs as you want☺. I won't suggest anyone to have 8 or 10 eggs a day but having 1 or 2 eggs everyday in the breakfast has its own advantages. Fish consumption reduces depression!!

As a Bengali, I have been eating fish from my childhood- Rohu, Katla, Salmon, Herring Crab, Prawns to name a few. Actually, Bengalis are known for Rosogolla and fish. Whenever I think of cooking some meal, the first thing that comes to my mind is a lunch featuring fish as the main dish. It is very easy to make a dish with Rohu, Katla, Tuna or Salmon which are both healthy and tasty.. Fishes are just YUM!!!!
